Reconnection Procedures
- Service is reconnected in case a user has personally presented to JWU, otherwise he/ she should bring the documents ((succession deed, photocopy of subscriber’s ID or passport with a no-objection from him/ her or from the heirs to disconnect the service), after paying the due reconnection fees.
- Accumulated payments or any debts shall be collected prior to reconnection.
