- Adapting advanced water meter testing workshop with up-to-date Test Bench ;

- User categorization into VIP, Senior Subscribers and others to facilitate follow up process.
- Adapting efficient mechanisms with the government and municipalities to enhance communications.
- Outsourcing many collection offices distributed over all JWU service area working 24/7.
