Customer Services Achievements:

 

  • Adapting advanced water meter testing workshop with up-to-date Test Bench ;
  • Following up with IT and Planning Department to perform necessary modifications to related computer application, including (settlements, checks, promissory notes applications)
  • User categorization into VIP, Senior Subscribers and others to facilitate follow up process.
  • Adapting efficient mechanisms with the government and municipalities to enhance communications.
  • Outsourcing many collection offices distributed over all JWU service area working 24/7.
