New Subscriptions Procedures

Required Documents

Applicant should provide documents based on subscription type and location as follows:

  1. Municipality Areas
Additional Subscription New Subscription
1-    Relevant municipality; providing that it should not be older than 1 year after issuance.

2-    Ownership deed (deed, attorney, registration certificate, selling contract) or lease contract for non owners.

3-    Copy of the subscription invoice in the same building, number of the main subscription, or AMR body number.

1-    Site map, issued and authenticated by the relevant municipality; providing that it should not be older than 1 year after issuance.

2-    Ownership deed.

3-    Building map validated by the designing engineer.

4-    Municipality approval to connect water to the building, providing that it should show:

·         Basin and plot numbers.

·         Area for building or intended building

·         Building type (residence, industrial,…)

·         Municipality approval should not be older than 1 year.

 

  1. Refugee Camps
Additional Subscription New Subscription
Same as new subscriptions A no objection letter from the camp director to the effect that applicant is resident in a building inside the camp, or a letter from the relevant committee in camps that don’t have camp director.

 

  • Villages outside Municipal Areas
Additional Subscription New Subscription
1-    Approval of the relevant local body to connect water to the building, providing that it should not be older than one year.

2.    Ownership deed (deed, attorney, registration certificate, selling contract) or lease contract for non owners.

3.    Copy of the subscription invoice in the same building, number of the main subscription, or AMR body number.

1-    Ownership deed (deed, attorney, registration certificate, selling contract)

2-    No objection letter from the relevant local body acknowledged by the Ministry of Local Governance. It’s preconditioned that the letter is not older than one year from the date of issue.

3-    Land map approved by a licensed surveyor, in condition that it should not be older than two years as of issue date.

4-    Valid building license and a building plan approved by the designing engineer showing the intended building’s area.

 

 

  1. Jerusalem Area Service Areas
Additional Subscription New Subscription
Same as new subscriptions 1-    Land area plan approved by a licensed surveyor, in condition that it is not older than two years as of issue date.

2-    Building plan approved by the designing engineer.

3-    Ownership deed.

As for estate occupied by residents, but not connected to the JWU water previously, and do not meet full requirements, it would be supplied with water under the JWU law (9) 1966.
